Biography






I am a Toronto-based oil painter, watercolorist, and encaustic artist. My paintings primarily explore the power of tranquility through my transformative cross-cultural experiences. Currently, my practice focuses on portrait painting with oil, and I also assist world-renowned iconographer Fadi Mikhail with his North American mural projects.

Artistic approach

I picked up the paintbrush in 2017 to commemorate a life-changing experience on the Lycian coast in Türkiye. Every painting since then has carried a story within and beyond itself. I am deeply inspired by the power of gaze (“Nicolai, 2018”) and motivated by the possibility of pouring out my boundless imagination (“Mediterranean Flowing With Hot Air Balloons, 2017”). More than that, the stories behind these works have become the vibrations of my soul.
