Biography

Colleen was born a creative, from early childhood on using crayons and pencil crayons drawing and inventing comic strip style characters, following in her fathers footsteps, who was a full time cartoonist. Artistic approach

I wear my heart on my sleeve for the most part, but some things are better left unsaid with  the spoken word,  therefore I paint to express what I find difficult to speak about. I paint mainly intuitively without a plan, I'll just pick up the brush and almost on autopilot will choose colours and strokes without thought.
