Biography

I am a watercolor artist, based in Vancouver, Canada. My interest in drawing and painting started when I was a child. While studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture at Tonji University, I took courses on drawing and watercolor painting for two years. After getting my Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from University of Guelph, I worked in both private and public sectors, successfully completed hundreds of landscape architectural design projects.

Artistic approach

Often my art creation is an exploration of natural visual elements, my own imaginations and personal memories through an intuitive, spontaneous process. I believe my painting style will continue to evolve with non-stop experimentation and exploration.  Lately I have been focusing on semi-abstract style for landscape watercolor paintings
