Luo Yongchao, graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Southwest University in 1967. He was taught by many Chinese and Western painting masters and laid the foundation for various types of painting. After graduation, he got involved in art guidance. In addition to doing his job well, he insisted on sketching and creation to improve his professional level. The works were exhibited at all levels in the country, provinces and cities, and won awards, and the works were collected by art lovers in Canada, Japan, New Zealand and so on. In recent years, he has gained considerable experience and results in the exploration of image watercolor.
