Biography

 My journey from the Middle East to Japan and then settling in Canada about 35 years ago was very long and difficult, but it was an adventure.   

My art teacher recognized my talent in first grade, and since then, I have never stopped painting.   
I have used every medium possible in the past: colored pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media and oil.

Artistic approach

My inspiration can come from anywhere, walking down the street or inside a grocery store, watching the sunrise or sunset as the seasons change. Trees and leaves have always fascinated me, their colors and shapes are constantly changing. Looking at any chaos of shapes and lines gives me new ideas to paint.
